My biggest problem is trading without emotion. I love trading and love “The Complete Turtle Trader“. I am a full-time firefighter and dedicating time to focus on trading is not my 1st priority. However, trend following has always interested me but always seems to be hush hush. So I’m open to learning more.

My biggest challenge is that I am somehow always bullish and have a hard time accepting trend reversal and exit too late on losing positions. On the winning positions, I exit late after some gains disappear.

My guest today is Nita Farahany, an Iranian-American author and distinguished professor and scholar on the ramifications of new technology on society, law, and ethics. She currently teaches Law and Philosophy at Duke University where she is the Robinson O. Everett Distinguished Professor of Law & Philosophy at Duke Law School, the founding director of the Duke Initiative for Science and Society as well as a chair of the Bioethics and Science Policy MA program.
