Dear Michael,

I ran across your podcast a few weeks ago, and I have been listening nonstop to your shows, I really enjoyed the latest show “Suck it up Buttercup”. It was substantially honest and something I honestly believe everyone needs to hear. I haven’t been investing but just a few months now and I have been obsessed with the learning as much as possible. I wish I would have been this interested in markets when I was younger, because it seems I have wasted time from when I was in college and even magnet school. I have two brokerage accounts and I have stocks that are recurring investments each week. I haven’t done much with call or put options, and that’s what I’m studying now as we speak. I hope this email finds you and if there is any advice you can generate my way would be appreciated.

Thank you for your latest monologues. I really needed to hear them to get me off my butt and (hopefully) moving forward. I am bad about letting useless distractions steal my time. I do admire your passion and conviction. And I will get back to my workouts. Next subject. I wonder what you thought of Oliver Anthony’s viral YouTube video. It really resonates with working stiff’s me and my coworkers. Also, lo and behold I recently found articles on both Schwab and Fidelity’s website’s on 50 and 200 DMA crosses. Where have I been! He is most famous for his work on the “invisible gorilla” experiment, which he conducted during his graduate studies at Harvard University along with Daniel Simons. This experiment demonstrated the phenomenon of “inattentional blindness,” where people fail to notice unexpected objects or events if their attention is focused on a different task.

Good evening,

I have just become aware of this system, you, the Turtle history. I was passing time in a DR office this past week and I read an article about one of the original Turtle Traders arrested. There was a link to the 2 men that started the Turtle program and the 23 students. I am an active stock investor, almost exclusively in the gold, gold mining and resource stocks. I am very interested in this strategy, the Turtle system, and intend to learn as much as possible, put myself to the 2 week test, and start trading later this summer.
