JVP has listed twelve companies on NASDAQ and sold numerous others to leading tech companies such as Cisco, Microsoft, EMC, PayPal, Sony, Broadcom, AUO, Alcatel, and many more. Adoni served on the board of several JVP companies, early and late stage ones, and is also on the board of SifTech, one of Israel’s leading accelerators.

Thank you Michael for this video. It was a good reminder of the importance of following rules when investing. Your book was also helpful. Do you swim? When I was younger (in my 50’s) I learned about Total Immersion swimming. I wanted to compete in women’s sprint triathlons. Total Immersion techniques helped me to swim effortlessly and save those heartbeats for the 5K run. Now I am in my early 70’s and I am determined to apply the Trend Following rules to develop a skill in managing my finances.

Once again, thank you for this timely and encouraging reminder.

I have been trading now for 15 years & have made quite a few mistakes & have never been able to convince myself to follow the trend for trading. However, I must admit after listening to your webinar & podcast & reading your book I have been able to make changes in my mindset. I heard you on a great podcast… Systematic trading I think.

Anyway, I’ve listened to many of your podcasts. I think you and Larry Hite have the right idea and others. It’s taking me a while but I finally think I’ve let go of the idea that I know where something’s going to go…

For example today it was a good day for me. Market down a lot of shorts sweet. Didn’t try to figure it out too much. Not trying to figure out tomorrow either. Hope you keep up the good shows. Would like to hear Larry Hite again. I’ve never had a chance to talk to Larry but hearing the interview was about as close as I’ll probably get. I never understood really the importance of stops… And a system.

Boy, the world is just nuts, isn’t it? My goodness.

I’m so thankful for your book which I read in [date] at 23 yrs old. It set the foundation on how to think and poke holes in things. Your book was the spark that led me to the Trading Tribe, working on myself and improving my game. I’ve made great friends and have broken through my own personal barriers.

It led me to Jerry Parker, who has become a great friend… We collaborate, debate and argue over a wide variety of things — most recently, the decision to pull Snell in Game 6.

I’m thankful for this foundation. It’s allowed me to think clearly and achieve peace of mind during these wild times. It’s allowed me to share how I arrived at my view(s) (explaining the process) with my friends. It’s allowed me to not contribute to the noise, but to tune in to a signal then dissect it and move to the next one.

My friends and family say I’m exhausting because I just don’t let them slip out of their opinions and rationale without explaining it. “How do you know what you know” is a question I often ask. “Don’t blame me for being this way. It’s all Covel’s, Seykota’s and Parker’s fault!”
