“I still struggle with patience and not checking my charts each day…”

Hope you are doing well and continuing to shift people’s focus away from the “fundamentals.”

I have been implementing a weekly trading strategy (I admire Paul Mulvaney and his trading), but I still struggle with patience and not checking my charts each day.

Wasn’t sure if you had any suggestions on how I can improve my patience, so that I don’t end up overriding my trading system.
