Hi Michael,

My biggest challenge? I don’t think I can name just one. There are many. I was raised by two bankers who believe in efficient markets, but with a sprinkle of fundamental analysis. I’ve tried fundamental analysis, but found it didn’t work. My best trade was buying Bitcoin in 2019 and selling in early 2022. I sold cause I just had a bad feeling not based on any real logic. I bought it because I thought it was like gold and as long as people believed it had value it would. I didn’t really have a system. I don’t have a mentor and have since lost most of my gains. I’ve made some back going short coinbase, but again. It’s been a bumpy ride I was up $300 then instead of taking profits I got stopped out. So I think I need a system and a mentor, but where to start? Who to trust? Everyone seems to be selling something these days. I stumbled across your podcast a year ago. You seem honest and a no bullshit kind of guy. I read The Little Book of Trading and found it enlightening. I also learned at university that trend following was the only strategy proven to beat the market. However where do I start? I chose to start with you. I’ve always wanted to trade instead of being a corporate slave. I hope to learn from you.
