Hello Michael, I really enjoyed your latest podcast where you brought up Ed Seykota‘s words. When I first heard you interview him he said things that really rang true to me. I’ve adjusted to this attitude to just accept what appears to me to be a rapidly worsening condition in the United States. It’s one of those things like Ed says that is a natural thing – “Like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly”. On a related note, I recently read a book that addresses this – “Enjoy the Decline” by Aaron Clarey. It addresses this topic pretty well and had me laughing in many parts. One part that you’d appreciate – The theory that guys like you and I may be pretty smart. But, when it comes to the voting public, we’re greatly outnumbered by stupid people. That explains a lot.
