Do you have a strategy and time frame now?
At the moment, I just use a 200 Simple Moving Average and 4 Hour Timeframe. When the market is about to close I just buy or sell if the price is above or below the MA. I also use the ATR for money management.
The 4-hour will kill you. Guaranteed. Lose the day trading!
