Not sure I understand. Clarify?
Sorry. I try to be so short. I simply meant someone new to the podcast game, etc., and wants to join, then why not ask someone who was basically there at the beginning. I listen to many types of podcasts, as for examples, doctors talking to doctors. With you, you have reached a point you can talk with people who would not give me the time of day. You use this well. If I was starting out, I would ask you, how can I reach those I want to reach? Most “great questions” are used as a substitute for “eh” and “ah.” I do not consider when asked about your favorite color, you answer, “What a great question….” Your guest asked an example of a great question. By the way, since I apparently am writing an article on podcasting, a great question to keep in the back of your mind is asking a guest, “Have I missed something you think is important?” One final point: Your previous podcast about the MacGuffin set off for me epiphanies to understand better what I read and I hear. I’ve notice when I listen to a podcast, I listen for the MacGuffin. Also, movies are more fun knowing to watch for this. Bottom line: Thank you for insightful podcasts.
