Generation I.O.U.

70% of students graduate with $35,000+ in student loans. Is it really worth incurring so much debt only to struggle to repay it after college in a part time job? Yahoo put on a special titled Generation I.O.U. I don’t agree. The issue is not a “money management” or “debt management” issue. Consider proper wisdom:

  1. I worked 40 hours a week when I went to college. I had the G.I. Bill, but there were no easy student loans. Today, students do not recognize when they can’t afford to go to college because it’s too easy to get the loans.
