Trend Following™, TurtleTrader® has been teaching clients for 15 years. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us immediately.
All of our systems trading courses have a (1) one year satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase one of our courses you shall take the next (12) months to learn and apply all lessons & trading techniques. You shall maintain a written trading log of all trades taken (paper trading or live trading).
If you are not satisfied at the end of (12) months you may return the course under certain conditions: you shall include your daily trading log of all trades placed over the year. You will then receive a refund of the full course cost less original shipping charges and a 25% return fee. This guarantee is for requests made within (15) days of the (1) year anniversary of any purchase.
In consideration of receiving our systems trading course, all clients hereby agree and acknowledge that our systems trading courses may disclose proprietary information owned by TurtleTrader®, Trend Following™ & Michael Covel consisting of:
- Technical trading information, systems, trading rules, logic and or alternate systems parameters.
- Methods, processes, formulas, compositions, systems, techniques, computer programs, data and or research.
All clients agree that they shall not disclose or divulge to others any confidential information or any other proprietary data of TurtleTrader®, Trend Following™ & Michael Covel in violation of this agreement. All clients fully understand all terms disclosed and agree that the sole forum for any dispute is in Fairfax County, Virginia through binding arbitration. If using a credit card (Master Card, Visa, JCB, American Express or Diners Club), this agreement (made via your digital signature 'check' box selection) serves as your official credit authorization. This agreement shall be binding upon all clients and shall inure to the benefit of our firm, its successors and assignors.
Effective Date: February 1, 2011. All prior guarantees remain in full effect.
