I listen to many of your podcasts. And enjoy them. I’m trying to execute trend following trading and struggling. I start the day following my plan and then get sloppy. I know what I need to do but always find a reason not to. Overconfidence, no stops, move stops. Revenge Trades. Disaster. Trying to get my head right. Read the Turtles. Read Trading In The Zone. Use OTA supply zones/ demand zones. Use NexgenT3 for day trading. Have many good days. But the bad ones are really bad. Like the last 2 days being short on CL.

What you describe is not trend following. No day trading. This is trend following.
