My guest today is Robert Sutton, a Professor of Management science at the Stanford Engineering School and researcher in the field of Evidence-based management. Sutton is also the best-selling author of “The No Asshole Rule.” What does it mean to live in a “no asshole environment”? He gives the science and craft behind how to deal with assholes, how to prune these people from your life and get out of negative situations.
