Anytime, and I mean anytime, someone contacts us here, they get a personal response. The one exception? The occasional delusional sales calls trying to sell nonsense!
We can be reached by email, social media and voice. You can ask product questions, pre-sales questions, make complaints, sing my firm’s praises, propose ideas and joint ventures, or talk about good or bad experiences with our services. Anything that’s on your mind is welcome!
Bottom line, we don’t outsource our communication to overseas agencies or virtual assistants. Clones in far away lands answering email is fake. I don’t want a barricade between my clients and I. If you want to reach me, you can.
