This weekend made me realize something:
1. The Turtle trader story is still not widely known even by those who invest and trade regularly.
2. And for those who have heard of the Turtle story myth and confusion persist to a level that surprises me.
I am going to fix this situation very soon. One reader commented:
Perhaps a documentary regarding the turtles, outlining the history of Richard Dennis and Bill Eckhardt, and the aftermath of the turtle experiment. Not sure if that would be a major blockbuster, but maybe get some air time with Dennis himself?
Here is the problem: some of the characters in the story are honest brokers, some are not. If given a stage to say whatever I am convinced some in the Turtle crew will say whatever and skew the story to an end to put themselves in a best light. Not all, but some. My book is already the definitive source, but I will add even more online.
